Help CenterAdvanced Groom Services can now be integrated with Online Reservations, allowing clients to select specific grooming services when booking appointments online. This gives clients greater visibility into the services you offer while helping ensure appointments are scheduled with the correct service, pricing, duration, and employee requirements. By linking Advanced Groom Services to Online Reservations, facilities can create a more customized booking experience and reduce the need for staff to manually adjust appointments after they are requested.

If you have these services enabled, you will now have two tabs under Online Reservations, OLR Settings, Grooming: Groom Services and Primary Services.
All of your Groom Services needs to be moved to Primary Services to be used for OLR.
IMPORTANT: Once you save the Primary Services tab, the Groom Services tab will be hidden. The only way to get it back will be to delete all the Primary Services again. Services can’t be listed in both spots or it will cause conflicts.
You can take a screenshot or copy all of the services on a word document if desired before moving forward.
Adding Primary Services
-Click Add New Item.
-Check the Active box.
-Click in the Linked Item and choose the service from the drop-down menu. This is an important step because this is what is pulled onto the appointment and invoice.
Title/Description: This is what your client will see in OLR and it can be anything you’d like.
Pet Type: If you have a service that is only to be given to a cat or dog, choose the pet type here. In our example, Luxury spa service small is for Dogs only. If a client is making an OLR for a cat, they will not see the dog services. If the service is to be given to all pets types, leave it blank.
Rate/Show Price: Click if you want the rate to display in OLR.
Use the Order arrows to set the display order for OLR.
Modules: Choose the options here for what module this service can be assigned to.
B = Boarding
G = Grooming
D = Daycare
In this example, Bath, Nail trim and Anal Glands can be added to all three modules, BGD, but Luxury spa service can only be added to Boarding and Grooming, BG.
Add to instructions: Check this box if you’d like the service name to also be added to the instructions box of the appointment.
