Help CenterZones help mobile grooming businesses organize appointments by geographic area, making it easier to manage routes, schedule efficiently, and visualize where appointments are located throughout the day. By assigning zip codes to color-coded zones, staff can quickly identify appointment locations on the grooming schedule and group appointments by service area.
Why Use Zones?
Zones provide a quick visual reference for where appointments are located, helping mobile grooming businesses build more efficient schedules and minimize unnecessary travel between appointments.
Click on Setup, Lists, Zones.
Add the color name and click on the color field to choose the color. 
Next, click on Zip Codes and assign the color to each one.
Quick Tip: Customize Zone Placement on the Schedule
After enabling Zones on the grooming schedule, use the arrow controls to move the zone column to the position that works best for your team's workflow.
On the grooming schedule, click on the Gear to enable the zone.
