Using & Understanding Groom Notes

You are able to add groom notes specific to each appointment and also setup default groom notes that show on every appointment.

 

For default groom notes, open the pet card, Grooming tab.  This screen is where you add default groom notes that show on every appointment.

 

 

When you make an appointment it will show in this field.

 

 

You can also add notes for each individual appointment.  This is done in the instructions box.

 

 

You can also see a History of past groom appointments, notes and prices.  Click the History button.  Check the X box if you'd like to include these notes on this appointment.

 

 

 

 

 

Groom notes will print on the grooming log and groom card.
