Advanced Groom Service Commissions allow you to create customized commission structures based on the specific services your groomers perform. Instead of paying the same commission rate across all services, you can assign different rates for individual Advanced Groom Services and even customize those rates by employee. This gives facilities greater flexibility when compensating staff for specialized services, premium offerings, or varying skill levels, while ensuring commission reports accurately reflect the rates you've configured.
Why Use Service-Specific Commissions?
Not all grooming services require the same amount of time, skill, or effort. Service-specific commissions allow you to compensate employees appropriately for the work performed while maintaining accurate payroll and commission reporting.

Important Note: There Are Multiple Commission Levels
Commission rates can come from:
- The employee's overall commission rate
- A service-specific commission assigned on the employee card
- The commission rate configured on the Grooming Service setup
1. Employees can have an overall rate, which will be used for any service that employee is assigned to.


2. Employees can have a rate assigned for each service.
Click Add New.

Click Select.

Click on Advanced Service and choose the service from the drop down menu.

Assign the commission rate and Save.

This is the rate the commission report will use.

3. If there is no rate on the employee card, the commission rate will come from Setup, Lists, Grooming Services.
