When using our CardPointe integration for CC processing coupled with a Clover device, you'll need to know a few things about your device including how to set your Clover into what is called "Customer Mode". Not entering customer mode will cause transactions sent to the device to fail. 
Your Clover runs on an Android operating system. If you're familar with Android phones, it has many of the same actions. 
 
To get to quick settings, when in admin mode, simply swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen. This will show you quick access settings. 
 
 
To access more settings, simply swipe down the quick settings even more. Click the "Gear" icon to access the full suite of settings. 
 
 
 
*We strongly recommend not changing any settings you are not familiar with in order to avoid issues with your processing application. 
 
 
HSN (Clover Serial Number) is currently in merchant mode. 
 
If you see this error, you need to cancel the transaction and set your Clover into Customer Mode. To do this, simply wake your Clover device (if it's sleeping, tap the screen and then enter your Clover code (Provided to you at setup) and press the Customer Mode button. 
 
 
To exist Customer Mode, simply press and hold on the four corners of the device:
