Employee Showing as Suspended in Hello-Groom

If an employee receives a "Your account has been suspended." message when attempting to log in to Hello-Groom, it means their account has been marked as Suspended within Hello-Groom. A manager or administrator can quickly reactivate the account and restore access.

Reactivating a Suspended Employee

  1. Log in to Hello-Groom using an account with Manager or Full Administrator access.
  2. Navigate to Setup > Employees.
  3. Locate and edit the employee who is unable to log in.
  4. Find the Login Status field.
  5. Change the Login Status from Suspended to Active.
  6. Click Save.

💡 QUICK TIP: Once the employee's status is changed to Active and the changes are saved, they can log in immediately—no additional setup is required.

Common Use Cases

  • An employee accidentally had their account suspended.
  • Restoring access for a returning employee.
  • Resolving the "Your account has been suspended." login message.
  • Reactivating an employee after their account was temporarily disabled.
