Employee Showing Suspended In Hello-Groom
If your employees are attempting to login to Hello-Groom and see this message:

It means their account in Hello-Groom has been marked as suspended.
Find someone with manager or full admin access to login to Hello-Groom, navigate to Setup, Employees, locate the employee in question and select/edit that employee. You should see the login status as "Suspended."
set their account to active:

Save your changes and this employee will now be able to login.
