The Future Appointment List feature allows you to quickly email a client's upcoming appointments directly from the pet record. This is useful when clients want a copy of their scheduled services, need confirmation of future bookings, or have multiple upcoming appointments and would like them summarized in a single email.
Navigate to the pet card>Appointments tab.
Important Note: Emails Are Sent by Module
Future Appointment Lists can only be emailed for one module at a time. If a pet has appointments in multiple modules, such as Grooming and Daycare, a separate email must be sent for each module.


Quick Tip: Great for Clients with Recurring Appointments
This feature is especially useful for grooming clients who schedule multiple appointments in advance and want a convenient record of their upcoming visits.
