Help CenterYou can create custom icons and add to the pet card. These will display on the pet card, appointment screen, client explorer and dashboard/schedules. You can also add messaging that will show when the pet is checked in and out. Some examples would be medical issue, eats bedding, leash walk only and so on.
Click on Manage, Custom icons.
Click on Add.
There are 4500 different icons to choose from. You can search for name or description. You can also view by category.
Maybe you have a pet who needs to have his weight monitored during his stay. Type in weight and you'll have several options to choose from. One under Hygenie.
And another option under Others.
Choose the option.
Enter a title that will show when you hover your mouse over it.
Choose a color for the icon.
Enter alert messaging for checkin that explains to your staff what this icon means.
Enter alert messaging for checkout if your staff needs to perform a specific task related to this icon. These alert messaging are not required.
Hit Ok.
Next, go into the pet card, click the down arrow beside the pet name, Add icon and choose the icon you'd like to display. You can attach multiple icons to the pet card.
These will display on the pet card. If you hover your mouse over the icon, it will display your title.
They will display on the appointment screen.
They will display in the client explorer.
They will display on the dashboard.
They will display on the schedule.
If you added checkin alert messaging, those will display when you check the pet in.
If you added checkout alert messaging, those will display when the pet is checked out.
Icons now show on the run cards!
