Revenue - Total revenue split by service line, plus visits and average ticket per line so growth decomposes into volume vs rate.

Revenue by service line: Net revenue grouped by service line: Boarding, Daycare, Grooming, Special Services, Training, Retail/Other. Retail/Other = POS items not attached to a service reservation.
Visits: Boarding = stays with checkout date in period (one stay = one visit).
Daycare = check-ins.
Grooming = completed appointments.
Average ticket: service-line revenue / service-line visits for the same period.
New vs returning revenue: "New" = revenue from clients whose first-ever completed transaction falls in the period. All other revenue is returning.
Boarding - Hotel-style occupancy, rate, and yield metrics per run.

Occupancy %: Occupied run-nights / available run-nights.
Available = active runs x nights in period, excluding out-of-service runs/nights.
The list shows by run type.
ADR (Average Daily Rate): Boarding revenue / occupied run-nights.
Lodging only - add-ons excluded.
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Run-Night): Boarding revenue / available run-nights, occupied or not.
Avg length of stay: Total nights of stays with checkout in period / count of those stays.
Booking window / cancellations: Check-in date - appointment created date for stays starting in period.
Cancellation rate: Appointments canceled / appointments scheduled to start in period.
Daycare - Attendance and utilization by day of week, plus package economics.

Avg attendance / utilization by weekday: Check-ins on that weekday / count of that weekday in the period.
Utilization: Average attendance / configured daycare capacity for that weekday.
Visit frequency: Daycare visits / distinct pets attending, normalized to a 30-day month.
Full/half day mix: From the booking type on the reservation.
Client Growth - The growth question on one page: how many clients we served, how many were new vs returning, what each group spent, and whether the total client base is growing.

Clients served (new vs returning): Distinct clients with >=1 completed visit in the period. New = The client's first-ever completed transaction falls in the period.
Returning = All other clients.
Revenue split: Revenue in the period from new clients vs returning clients.
By service line: For each service line: Distinct clients served this period, split new vs returning.
New per line = new clients whose first service was that line. A client using two services counts in both lines, so the lines sum to more than total clients served. This shows where repeat business lives - e.g. boarding may retain strongly while grooming clients never come back (or vice versa).
Total client base: Distinct clients with >=1 visit in the trailing 12 months, measured at period end.
This is the growth line: if it is rising, the business is gaining more clients than it is losing.
Packages & Deferred Revenue – What packages have been sold but not yet delivered (outstanding liability).

Sold / redeemed / expired: Packages sold = purchases in period.
Visits redeemed = package units consumed in period.
Expired = packages whose expiry passed in period with unused package days remaining.
Breakage rate: Value of expired-unused package days / value of all package days sold, trailing 12 months.
Deferred revenue liability: Per type at period end: Unused package days x per-unit price paid (actual price from the purchase, not list price).
Types: daycare packages, boarding deposits/prepaid, gift cards.
Expiring in 30 days: Packages with expiry inside the next 30 days from period end, with unredeemed value and count.
Booking Forecast – What appointments are booked for the next 30, 60, 90 days.

Revenue on the books: Sum of expected revenue for confirmed, non-canceled reservations with service dates in the next 30/60/90 days from today, valued at booked rate including add-ons.
Reservations on the books: Count of those reservations per date range.
Booked boarding occupancy: Boarding run-nights reserved / run-nights available in the date range.
Client Value & Retention – This is a long-view report that includes active base, multi-service depth, revenue concentration, and the pet-age demand forecast.

Active clients/pets: Clients with >=1 completed visit in the rolling 30/90/365 days from period end.
Active pets: Pets with >=1 completed visit in the rolling 30/90/365 days from period end.
Services per client: Distinct service lines purchased in trailing 12 months, bucketed 1 / 2 / 3+, as % of active-365 clients.
Revenue per client ($): Trailing-12-month net revenue / active-365 clients.
Also broken out by services-per-client bucket (1 / 2 / 3+).
Top 10% share: Rank active-365 clients by trailing-12-month revenue.
Avg client tenure: Average (period end - first transaction date) across active-365 clients, in years.
Accounts Receivable – Shows who owes money and how long it’s overdue.

Outstanding balance: Sum of unpaid invoice balances (invoiced minus payments and credits). Unapplied credits and prepayments show as negative amounts.
Aging: Payment is due when the service is completed, so balances age from the service completion date (checkout / appointment complete) - no due-date field needed.
Past due (over 7 days) %: Share of the total Accounts Receivable older than 7 days.
As-of behavior: This is a balance report or a snapshot as of today with a comparison snapshot from 30 days ago. It ignores the period picker.
