Appointment cancellation notifications
 

If you would like to receive emails whenever a customer cancels an appointment through their Client Portal system, please navigate in your Hello-Groom, to Online Reservations, OLR Settings, General Settings tab, Email Settings tab and enable the cancellation notification shown here: 

 

 

 

Don't forget to save your changes. 

 

Once this is set, you'll receive email notifications to the email address/s you entered whenever a customer cancels their appointments through the Client Portal.
